I can complete a variety of secretarial, administrative and bookkeeping tasks either on an hourly ad-hoc basis or on a monthly retainer package,
and all without the overheads of employing an in house member of staff- NO holiday pay, Tax, NI, sick leave, pension or training costs!
I accept payment via Bank Transfer ¦ All time is tracked using time recording software and rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes ¦
All postage, printing and other stationery expenses purchased on behalf of the client will be invoiced for separately.

Adhoc Hours
Ad-hoc hours can be booked as and when required and are charged at a fixed rate, with no ongoing commitment.
Retainer Packages
A retainer package gives you a pre-paid, fixed amount of hours per month (minimum 3-month commitment), to be used as and when needed. Unused hours can held and rolled over but must be used within a 3 month period.
